Dan Heng almost asks if Welt had been waiting for something himself, but decides against it. Instead, he allows a smile to touch his own features, then comes forward with a silent gesture for the man to sit so he can join him.
"It's not really so urgent that I need immediate assistance," Dan Heng starts, bringing the clipboard to himself and tapping lightly against the page on top with the back end of his pen. "Only that on our trip to Penacony, I'd like some money to implement archive upgrades.
"I was hoping to discuss budgeting with them." True enough, on the page are Dan Heng's intricately computed tables and line items, some of which have been highlighted, encircled, and underlined here and there to indicate importance.
Glancing at Welt out of the corner of his eye, Dan Heng pivots towards, "What're you doing here, though?"
