"We'd have to do quite a bit of shopping on Penacony." He furrows his brows. "...assuming they have that sort of technology. I'm hoping their former alignment with the IPC means they're more advanced than Belobog, at least."
And, sure, he could have gone canvassing for hardware at the Xianzhou Luofu, but Dan Heng's ties to them are tenuous at best. It's better for everyone involved that he look elsewhere.
